Delivery Information
Please note that you must be in to sign for the goods you have ordered on delivery. The
couriers will usually phone prior to delivery on the phone number you provide. Orders
usually take 5-7 working days, if in stock. If you are not in when delivery is made, a card
will be left with a number to ring to arrange a further delivery. The couriers have a
difficult job to do, and we would ask you to be understanding and polite to them in all
communications. If you have any complaint or issue other than arranging a second delivery
time, please contact us on 02380 262753, and not the courier company. Thank you.
International Shipping
Curtis Bathrooms Online can arrange the shipping of any items outside of the UK mainland for an extra
shipping charge. Please telephone 02380 262753 for details. We regret that Northern Ireland
is not classed as UK mainland by our couriers, therefore an additional delivery charge will
be incurred.
